'PRANA. LIFE FORCE YOGA CLASS'

I thought we'd start with a downward dog

To help you all unwind

If I’d picked the handstand scorpion

That would have been rather unkind

I’ll keep exercising

If you don’t all mind

I don’t want to get too stiff in here

Since I'm in a bit of a bind

That was a really kind touch

As I’m a serious yogi

Placing me on my yoga mat

And dressing me in my dhoti

Lie on your backs, all at ease

Climb the mountain, little breaths please

Smile and be happy as I renew

I’ll stay a while and enjoy the view
